If you purchase a total of at least 50,000 CZK with us, you receive a discount of up to 0.20% on future orders.

If you purchase a total of at least 250,000 CZK with us, you receive a discount of up to 0.5% on future orders.

If you purchase a total of at least 1 million CZK with us, you receive a discount of up to 2% on future orders.

The prices of individual products in the e-shop already fully reflect your membership level, i.e., they are displayed including the membership discount. Therefore, there is no need to request the discount anywhere; it is loaded automatically if you are logged in to your customer account.
No. Once you achieve a certain membership level, it cannot decrease. The achieved membership level is permanent, and there is no requirement to make, for example, a minimum order volume per month, year, etc.
Yes. If you register an account with the same email address that was used for previous unregistered purchases, all those purchases will automatically be assigned to your customer account.
Changing your login email is possible only with our approval and subsequent verification, for your own security. After the change is successfully processed, you will of course retain your membership.
In such a case — after prior verification — we will transfer your previous purchases from multiple email addresses under a single one (unifying them under one customer account), and your membership level will then be determined by the total of all your purchases.
The change takes effect immediately after your order is successfully completed, i.e., paid for and shipped to your address. In the case of a cash on delivery order, this occurs once we receive the payment from the Czech Post. In your customer account, all such orders are labeled as “Completed” or, in the case of Silver Account purchases, “SA-completed.” It is precisely these statuses that determine your total purchases and thus your membership level.
Yes. When placing an order with price fixation, both any quantity discount (if available for the given product and order quantity) and your membership level will be taken into account when determining the final purchase price.
No, membership is not subject to any fees, and there are no obligations on your part.
Yes, purchases made on the Silver Account are included in your total purchase volume, and therefore also for determining your membership level. However, the logistics of the e-shop and Silver Accounts are separate, and orders cannot be shipped together.
No, this is not possible. Therefore, please make sure you are logged in to your customer account before placing an order. This is the only way to ensure that the discount is correctly applied according to your membership level.
No. In rare cases, Silverum reserves the right to cancel membership if the client breaches the terms. Such cases include failing to pay for ordered goods, unjustifiably refusing delivery, etc.
