Buyback Conditions

The listed buyback prices apply during a standard market situation. In the event of significant divergence between the spot price and the physical metal, we will assess buybacks individually based on the current situation.

We buy back only our own undamaged goods at the listed price. Investment metal not meeting these two conditions will be individually assessed, and its purchase is not guaranteed. We do not buy non-investment metals.

Procedure

Send the coins or bars via Česká pošta (Czech Post), preferably as a valuable shipment, to our address for buyback:

Cash on delivery cannot be used.

The package must be properly wrapped. Keep in mind that simply placing the product in an envelope is not sufficient. Always choose the best possible packaging to prevent potential damage during transportation. The packaging must be sturdy enough to protect the contents against potential damage due to contact with other postal items (friction, pressure, and impact). The contents must be secured to avoid damage from friction, pressure, and impact with the packaging or among themselves.

If you are sending coins in a tube, always secure the lid against opening during transportation (e.g., with tape).

Be aware that Česká pošta (Czech Post) may not recognize a complaint due to inadequate or unsuitable packaging as justified.

Include a copy of the purchase receipt in the package and, if not apparent from the invoice, provide your personal details, phone number, date of birth, and bank account information for payment. These details are necessary for drafting the buyback contract. We recommend documenting the contents of the package with photos before sending.

We will contact you after receiving the package. Once the transaction is approved, a purchase contract will be sent to you electronically. The buyback price on the day of receipt of the package is decisive, not the day of dispatch. Within 15 working days of signing the contract, we will send the corresponding amount to your account. In case of a larger buyback volume, the price and payment date will be agreed upon with you in advance. We handle large volumes in cooperation with our foreign contractual partners.
