Orders
auringo s.r.o. (the Operator) offers the possibility of non-stop purchase of investment silver and gold directly from the online e-shop. Orders can be placed easily and conveniently using a shopping cart, phone, e-mail or in writing. Orders placed in the e-shop outside working hours or at a time of increased volatility may be recalled by the Operator. In accordance with Section 26 of the VAT Act (Act No. 235/2004 Coll.), The Operator issues and stores tax documents in electronic form. By ordering goods or services, the client agrees to use the tax document in electronic form.
Order Confirmation
The order is accepted within 24 hours, the order confirmation will be sent by e-mail, the client will also be informed by e-mail about the sending of the ordered goods. For some orders (larger amounts, etc.), the client will be contacted by phone. In such cases, a reservation deposit may be required.
Cancel Order
In exceptional cases, the client can cancel a pending order by phone or e-mail within 60 minutes of entering it. Just enter the name, e-mail and its number. This does not apply to goods that are not normally in stock and have been ordered individually. Cancellation of orders also cannot be requested repeatedly, eg for reasons of achieving a better price when moving the spot.
After this period, the order cannot be canceled without a penalty (Civil Code § 1837 par. b). Should the client insist on cancellation or breach of an electronically concluded purchase contract (eg he did not pay properly), the damage incurred will be recovered. Its amount depends on the loss of spot movement and costs incurred (packing, postage, etc.).
Silverum Club
The Operator provides its regular clients with membership in the Silverum Club under predefined conditions. Membership has 3 levels and is associated with different levels of discounts.
Membership levels depend primarily on the aggregate volume of orders placed by the client. The current Silverum Club parameters are listed here. There is no legal entitlement to membership and the Operator reserves the right to change the parameters and restrict membership.
Packing & Shipping
Ordered goods will be sent by post, postage price is from 60, - CZK, depending on weight, insurance value and payment method. It is governed by the valid price list of the Czech Post for Valuable Shipments.
Logistics services, including storage, packaging and distribution, are provided by the INSURANCE TRADE s.r.o. company which is also listed on the shipments as the sender.
Delivery Times
We ship goods in stock within 3 business days, unless otherwise agreed. If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you immediately.
Returns
Given that the goods offered are of an investment nature and their value is constantly changing depending on the world stock exchange price, the return condition cannot be automatically applied (Civil Code § 1837 (b)). However, it is possible at any time to use the buy-back offer at market conditions. For more information, please visit here .
Claims and Warranty
We will settle any complaints to your satisfaction by individual agreement with you and in accordance with applicable law. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods after taking them in order to find out if necessary. defects. The buyer is obliged to report defects to our company without delay. We are not liable for damages incurred by the carrier.
All goods are subject to a statutory warranty period unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Deficiencies of embossing and surface (see here )
- normal wear and tear defects
- improper storage of the product.
How to claim:
- The Client contacts the Operator by phone, e-mail, or in writing.
- Goods must be shipped as a valuable recommended package (not cash on delivery) to our address.
- Please specify the reason for the claim, address.
- Proof of acquisition of the claimed goods in the shop of auringo s.r.o.
The claim will be settled as quickly as possible, no later than 30 days after it was created.
Certification
The operator is duly registered with the Assay Office. He carries out inspections and checks compliance with applicable regulations, verifies the purity of the products offered and the correct handling of the goods. Valid Czech hallmarks are published on the Operator's website, as a hypertext link from the hallmark logo.
Furthermore, the Operator is a holder of certification and an authorized dealer of the internationally recognized NGC authority. Among other things, it classifies coins and medals worldwide.

We issue accounting and tax documents that we are obliged to keep and archive for the period of time stipulated by legal regulations, in particular the Accounting Act (Act No. 563/1991 Coll.), the Income Tax Act (586/1992 Coll.) and the Act on Value Added Tax (Act No. 235/2004 Coll.).

auringo s.r.o. it operates only basic cookies on the websites, which are indispensable for the functionality of the website, are excluded from Directive 2002/58 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and need not be deactivated. Personal data storage time
We only store your personal information for as long as is necessary and we archive it in accordance with the legal deadlines imposed by law. This means that we have strict internal rules to check the lawfulness of possession of personal data, and we do not store personal information longer than we are entitled to. After losing legal grounds, we will delete the relevant personal information if we have no other legitimate reason to process it or agree to processing it.
Who we provide your personal information
Unless otherwise stated below, we do not provide or disclose your personal information to anyone, nor do we use the services of external processors of your personal information, which we hold on our own servers for as long as necessary.
Your personal information data, especially through registration forms placed on our website, are stored in the CoolHosting hosting center, with which we have a processing contract.
We only process personal data in EU Member States. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU except for the list in the following paragraph. Your personal information is accessible to our employees and associates who are bound by confidentiality and trained in the processing of personal data.

In practice, an objection to direct marketing processing means that you may object to the sending of business communications and we will no longer send you. However, this can also be done in a simpler way by simply logging out of your business messages through your user account or by using the button in your business message.

Under Article 12 (6) of the Regulation, in case of reasonable doubt as to the identity of the applicant, we were entitled to request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the applicant. We have put in place identification verification measures to increase the security of all our customers in order to prevent the risk of disclosure of personal information to an unauthorized person. This also protects your personal information.
Please note that due to incoming mail and electronic communications, we may not be able to respond to submissions, requests or objections that we receive in other ways (especially other email addresses) in a timely manner.
